Adel Labs is the studio name of Imad A. Adel, who runs this site in his personal capacity from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This page sets out what the site does with information about the people who visit it.
01Who is responsible
Imad A. Adel decides how information connected with this site is used. Questions and requests go to imad@adellabs.com.
02What the site collects
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code. It loads no third-party scripts or fonts: pages, fonts, images and recordings are served from the site’s own address.
03Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify receives the standard technical details of each request, such as the IP address, browser type and page requested, in order to deliver and protect the site. Adel Labs does not use these details to identify or profile visitors.
04The project brief
The brief on the Prepare a project brief page is written and kept in your browser. Nothing you type is transmitted. It leaves your device only if you copy or download it and send it yourself, by email or through LinkedIn.
05Email enquiries
Messages sent to imad@adellabs.com are read to answer the enquiry and to prepare any proposal. They are kept until you ask for them to be deleted; send that request to the same address. Enquiries are not sold and are not added to a mailing list.
06Stored in your browser
Two small preferences are kept in your browser and never sent anywhere: whether you have switched motion off, kept until you clear this site’s data, and whether the opening animation has already played, cleared when the tab closes.
07Other sites
Project cards and profile buttons open client websites, applications, LinkedIn and Google Scholar. Those sites apply their own privacy terms.
08Governing law
Personal data connected with this site is handled under the law of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
